MEMBERSHIP & INSURANCE

NEW STARTERS Every single student must be a full member of Kim Chung Do Kwan and be fully insured before they actually set foot on the Dojang floor and start their Taekwondo training. Unfortunately we live in a day and age where this has become a necessity. If you have researched your club and wish to start training ask the instructor for a membership application form

and fill in the relevant information and return with payment. If there is anything you can’t fill in just ask for the instructor’s help.

MEMBERSHIP FEE   £30 per year for new starters and for renewals.

                                    (Cheques payable to Kim Chung Do Kwan)

After the form has been processed students will receive their membership booklet which will be needed for gradings, seminars and for competitions.

FULL MEMBERS WHO WISH TO RENEW Please renew your insurance at least one month in advance so there are no lapses in insurance. Your insurance and membership is your responsibility and not that of your instructor. Make sure you know when your insurance expires and renew it in good time. Either ask your instructor for a form or download one and return with payment.

What your £30 entitles you to:

• Both you and your instructor are insured for any injuries sustained.

      (Beginner training is none contact but as in any martial art accidents may happen)

• Students are insured to train in any Kim Chung Do clubs if required.
• Students are insured to enable them to take their gradings.
• Students are insured to enter competitions, local, national and international.
• Students are entitled to attend educational seminars run by Kim Chung Do Kwan.
