Katey Wallace, 5^th Dan, Taekwondo.

Professional Taekwondo Instructor.

·        Started training in 1988 with then Cheonkwon Taekwondo. (Later under the influence of Grand Master Kim Yong Ho, 9^th Dan, it changed to Chung Do Kwan.)

·        Under the guidance of instructor Master Ron Brennan, 6^th Dan, has and is continuing to study both traditional Taekwondo techniques, breathing control, Hapkido, Gumdo as well as energy (Ki) movement.

·        Has also represented Greeceat Britain in full contact WTF sport fighting at both the Junior & Senior European Championships.

·        Competed internationally since 1996 in both Mudo (traditional technical championships including poomsae) and full contact sport fighting.

Current responsibilities

·        Professional Taekwondo Instructor which involves getting the full potential out of each individual student irrespective of age, gender and ability.

• Assistant Technical Director of the British Taekwonmudo Academy (BTMA), the British representative of the World Taekwonmudo Academy (WTA). Responsible for formulating disseminating the performance standards of BTMA members.

• National Competition Organiser for Kim Chung Do Kwan.

• Sport Fighting Coach for Kim Chung Do Kwan.
